01—The challenge
Melmer's old website and email accounts had been compromised, and nobody knew how far it went. Enquiries were going astray, the site could not be trusted, and families looking for care and students looking for training could not reach them reliably.
02—What we built
We started with an investigation: traced how the site and mailboxes had been breached, cleaned and locked down the accounts, moved their email onto managed hosting with proper authentication, and set up monitoring. Then we built a new, warm, credible website with pages for each service and course, a gallery, an FAQ and an appointment booking flow. Every booking and contact form is delivered instantly by a serverless email backend to their inbox and into their CRM, so no lead is lost. We host the site and run their business email.
