01—The challenge
Small hospitality businesses were paying designers to redo printed menus every time a price changed, taking orders by phone, and had no idea which dishes actually sold.
02—What we built
ZAMenu is a full platform: AI menu import that reads a photographed menu and categorises and prices it, a menu manager with modifiers and availability, a QR studio with batch export, WhatsApp ordering with buttons and tracking, a kitchen order queue, analytics with a menu-engineering matrix, AI upselling and translation into ten languages, and online ordering with payments through the merchant's own Yoco or Ozow account. Four plans from R69 a month with a 14-day trial, and a public directory that lists venues for search engines.
